HSBC Bank Malta plc has complied throughout the year ending 31 December 2022 with the applicable provisions of the Code on Corporate Governance issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority. An Issuer whose securities are admitted to trading on a Regulated Market operating in Malta shall prepare a corporate governance statement in terms of Capital Markets Rules 5.97.
